FaceMeet.me

Terms of Service

Effective 4 November 2026

1. Who may use FaceMeet

FaceMeet is a live video network for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your country to create an account or enter the matchmaking queue. Accounts belonging to minors are suspended as soon as they are detected.

You must confirm that you are an adult before matching. You may do that by declaring your date of birth, by a document check, or by a full identity check with a verification provider, and your badge states which of those you completed. Lying about your age, or letting anyone under 18 use your account, is a breach of these terms and grounds for permanent suspension.

A declaration is your word, and a document check confirms that an ID exists and states what is printed on it. Neither guarantees that the person on camera is the person named on a document, so you remain responsible for your own judgement during a conversation.

2. Prohibited conduct

FaceMeet exists to remove predators, bots and harassers. You agree not to:

  • Share nudity, sexual content or sexual advances toward anyone, or record or screenshot another person without their consent.
  • Impersonate another person, present another identity document, or let anyone but the verified account holder appear on camera.
  • Use bots, pre-recorded video, deepfakes, scripts or automated accounts to enter the queue.
  • Attempt to extract contact details, payment, or off-platform meetings from another user against their wishes, or to harass, threaten, hate-speech or self-harm content.
  • Circumvent a suspension, abuse the report system with false reports, or probe, scan, rate-limit-abuse or reverse-engineer the service or its APIs.
  • Interfere with SafePeek, the safety moderation systems or the reporting pipeline, including tampering with client-side checks.

3. SafePeek and consent during a call

Cameras and microphones start private. Media only becomes visible and audible after both participants actively agree, and either person can revoke that consent instantly, which re-blanks both directions. Ending a call, skipping, or leaving the room stops transmission immediately. You may not attempt to defeat this protection by any technical means.

4. Moderation, reporting and enforcement

Automated on-device safety analysis can flag a stream it judges to violate these terms. A flag creates a moderation report containing the reason, the participants and the room metadata; it is a review signal, not a verdict.

We may warn, temporarily restrict, or permanently suspend an account, and may block the underlying device or identity from re-verifying. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities or to a victim’s support organisation. Enforcement decisions are reviewed on request to bitdegenbiz@gmail.com.

5. Your content and your likeness

Video and audio in a one-to-one call travel directly between the two of you over peer-to-peer WebRTC and are not stored by us. You keep ownership of anything you say or show. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to operate the service: relaying your media during a call, generating an icebreaker preview, or producing a single moderation frame when a safety check fires.

You may not publish another participant’s likeness, words or reaction to a third party without their consent.

6. Acceptable use of the platform

The service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell access, run the network as a bot farm, use FaceMeet to solicit for other services, embed our streams elsewhere, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability, changes and limits

Live matching depends on third-party infrastructure (identity verification, TURN relays, hosting). We do not promise uninterrupted availability and we do not guarantee that every other participant is who they claim to be. We may change these terms, features and safety thresholds with reasonable notice, and we may change or retire the service.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. FaceMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for the conduct of other users, or for any content you are exposed to, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free account is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted where you live.

9. Copyright and DMCA

FaceMeet respects intellectual property. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, email bitdegenbiz@gmail.com with your identity, the work infringed, the exact URL or room reference, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature. Repeat infringers are suspended.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes that cannot be resolved informally are heard in its courts. FaceMeet is funded by Google AdSense. Accepting lets personalised ads set third-party cookies; declining means no ad scripts load at all. Your choice is stored in this browser and covered by the Privacy Policy.
